Great outdoor dining space to enjoy crabs or burgers & large yard for the kids to run. 3 Min Drive to The Jetty & many restaurants or walk along the new Boardwalk.

Brick Cottage 2 houses away from the Chesapeake Bay & large outdoor living space. 2 bedrooms on first level (King & Queen) along with living room, kitchen/dining table, office and sitting room.
1 Bedroom (2 twin beds) and game/lounge room upstairs.
**Stairs are very steep (like attic stairs) due to 1920's architecture and not recommended for elderly or small children without adult supervision.

GREAT LOCATION! 5-10 minutes to all wedding locations on Kent Island. You can walk to community beach/bay. You can walk to Royal Farms Convenient store (2 min walk). Also an easy bike ride or walk on boardwalk path to waterside restuarants (approx 15 minute walk on path or less than 5 minute drive). Also within the radius for free ride home on The Jetty Bus. About 20 mins to downtown Annapolis.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
