Come relax with your family in front of the grand fireplace or enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our southern-style front porch while taking in the majestic mountain views. Stay Cozy cabin has been completely renovated to feel like like a luxury cozy lodge in the mountains. The peaceful & tranquil location is the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking in the parks or snow-tubing with the kids. The cabin is nestled on an acre of land to offer privacy & an abundance of surrounding wildlife.

The cabin is situated on top of a shared driveway for 3 cabins but Stay Cozy is the one all the way at the top. So keep going! I promise that when you get to the top the majestic view looking over the clouds on the mountain-top will be worth it & you will be ready to rock in the rocking chairs on the Southern style front porch.

Stay Cozy is a 1 level rancher style cabin which means no-stairs & can be great for anyone who has a tough time on uneven terrain.When you walk into this newly renovated winter lodge you will immediately feel at home. The cozy living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new pots/pans, silverware, baking pans, etc.

Each bedroom has luxury cotton linens and has its own full bath & offers true privacy. The master bedroom has a plush king bed with a large front window with Mountain View’s from bed! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the quiet backyard. This is the best window for “bear-watching”!

In the game room you will find an original Pac-Man machine to compete on and a cozy sitting area to play cards or other board games. You will also see a “Making Memories” sign in the game room where we encourage our guests to leave behind a picture of their time here enjoying the cabin. We love seeing everyone who visits the cabin. There is a Polaroid camera available to snap a few photos of your times at Stay Cozy. So make sure you leave one on the board before you leave.

In the evening you can relax in the new hot tub with white lights illuminating the private gazebo area.

This cabin has a very special place in our hearts and we have made many family memories here. We hope you enjoy it with your family as well!

The roads and driveway leading up to the cabin are dark, narrow at parts, windy, and can be steep to non-mountain drivers. They are completely paved but not lit at night. We STRONGLY recommend arriving to the cabin during daylight on your first visit up the mountain. Once you get to the top of the driveway the view & serenity will be worth the drive. There are 2 parking areas that are flat and very easy to walk. The morning of check-in you will receive a personal code for the smart lock on the door.

The Cobbly Nob community is approximately 14 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. The community hosts a wonderful golf course at the entrance & 2 swimming pools in the community. It's nestled right next to the entrance for the National Park and is home to all the native wildlife.

The roads around the mountain are often windy and steep. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle during the winter months (Nov - March). Jeep Wrangler vehicles handle excellent in this region. Please note that the roads leading up to the cabin in the neighborhood are windy and narrow and our driveway is steep. We recommend not arriving for the 1st time in the dark since the roads up the mountain are unlit (which is common in the region).

1. The FIREPLACE is currently NOT working due to needing chimney tiles replaced that are on back-order, but due to supply chain delays it will most likely not be safe to use until mid January 2022.

2. You will be required to sign a hot tub waiver within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed. Failure to do so will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

3. There is a pack and play available for infants/toddlers.

4. Pets are NOT accepted on our property for 2 reasons:
-A family member has severe allergies. I would have to charge guests extreme cleaning fees of $900+ to have the dander cleaned from curtains, carpet, upholstery, etc. after any per visits.
-Due to the number of bears that visit the property it is not a safe environment for a dog.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
